The purpose of the Billing Team Leader is to be the first line of escalation for clients and colleagues, ensuring that accurate sales ledger invoices for services provided are raised promptly, meeting deadlines as appropriate, resolving any direct queries and communicating to relevant parties on updates and resolution.
* Experience within sales ledger and invoice processing is required.
* Experience of managing/supporting a team is required.
* Previous CIS experience would be an advantage.
