Warehouse Layout Coordinator
Grantham 
40 Hours weekly 
Shifts Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:30
Salary £25,708
A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and flexible team player to join our Team at Grantham NDC.
The main purpose of the role is to maintain and check the master data for the site, informing Management of any issues and keeping the site fully optimised. Excellent attention to detail is required as this position is part of a close site service team but the ability to work on your own and follow problems through to their conclusion is essential.
The Role
* Maintaining and checking master data of products and locating within the warehouse
* Liaising with supply chain regarding new product set up
* Recording and maintaining warehouse usage data
* Assisting the Customer Service Champion
* Handling customer calls in a polite and empathetic manner
* Ensure all customer delivery queries/complaints are properly documented using the appropriate customer services database.
* Provide site documentation KPI info
* Stock control
* Relaying the warehouse (including racking changes)
The Person
* Reporting to the Stock Manager
* Able to work as part of a team as well as under their own initiative.
* Able to work at heights
* A Good telephone manner
* Able to move and replace warehouse racking when required (training will be given)
* Works well and thrives under pressure
* Flexible (as and when required)
