Day to day of the role:
* Collaborate with class teachers to enhance support in the classroom.
* Provide tailored one-on-one assistance to specific students.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Offer additional support to students with SEN and Autism, adapting to their unique needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children or young people; school-based experience is preferred.
* A positive, patient, and nurturing approach to student interaction.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
* Valid right to work in the UK.
