Seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Leeds!
In this role, you will:
*Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, developmental delays, and physical disabilities
*Work closely with teachers and other school staff to deliver targeted interventions and support strategies
*Have a strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual children
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and caring nature
Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not required. We are seeking candidates who are willing to learn and who have a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN.
