Job Description:
Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to be based in Huddersfield
To work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, shifts are also on a rota
The successful candidate must
* Have a confident telephone manner
* Handle a large amount of calls efficiently on a daily basis
* Have previous customer service experience
* Answer customer queries and direct calls to the relevant teams as required
* Liaise with both internal and external staff/customers
