Job Description:
Field Based Sales Executive (CTE TRACCESS)
Location: Pontefract with UK travel
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

The Opportunity
This is an exciting and pivotal role, joining a growing business who have gone from strength to strength over the past 16 years. They have a fantastic reputation in the access and vacuum lifting machinery sector and pride themselves in their top-class service to customers all over the UK.

The Role
This is a newly established role where there is huge potential for growth. Due to the reach of the customer base, there will be travel around the UK to visit customers, showcase the products and contribute to the revenue growth. Further to this;
* Building strong working relationships across all levels ensuring high market share
* Developing personal and commercial brands
* Driving confidence in products to increase sales
* Develop and follow a strong sales strategy plan
* Develop lasting working relationships
* Demonstrating the product at events and sites

The Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will be self-disciplined, have a strong personal drive to achieve and have the confidence to converse with anyone. Due to demonstrating the product, you will need a certification for working at heights. Further to this, you will:
* Have the ability to hit KPIs and strive for more
* Experience of working within a fast-paced, proactive customer service and sales environment
* Friendly, approachable and driven to succeed
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Confidence to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached
