Job Description:
As a Regional HR Advisor, you’ll hold a key role in delivering HR support and guidance across a number of sites, ensuring swift resolution of all people-related issues. This is a temporary role, with the opportunity to be made permanent.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee a diverse range of HR and ER matters, in collaboration with external ER advisory support
* Management of a varied portfolio of ER casework, and taking the lead on more complex cases
* Offer advice, coaching, and guidance on all HR matters
* Build strong relationships with site managers and key stakeholders
* Contribute to the development of people policies and procedures
* Ensure alignment with legislative requirements
* Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives
* Drive HR compliance matters across the organisation
Profile
* Must be CIPD qualified
* Strong background in ER casework
* Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
* Excellent communication skills
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Hybrid working role - mainly home-based with occasional travel to some sites
Job Offer
* Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
* Hybrid working - 60% home-based, 40% site-based (regional)
* Temporary to permanent opportunity
