Job Description:
Join a well established Independent Community Pharmacy as their Pharmacy Manager, close to the famous, picturesque beach.
Their core objective within this friendly team is to put the customer at the heart of what they do by providing the best care, exceptional customer service and bespoke advice tailored to individual care needs.
You will offer expert advice on the prescription and use of medications, dispense drugs to patients and provide advice on how to take them safely. You will be required to counsel patients on appropriate dosing and routes of administration and supervise the prescriptions dispensed to patients to ensure their safety and quality.
Key Duties
* Take an active role in dispensing and professional services
* Increase community engagement
* Drive profitability of the service
* Participate in training and development
* Supportive, friendly team: ACT, trainee checkers, dispensers, counter staff, drivers
Package and Benefits
* £55,000+ (Negotiable)
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
* Performance Bonus
* 5 week holiday entitlement + bank holidays
Pension
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacist registered on GPhC
* Experience 2 years post pre-reg
