What you will be doing...
Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:
* Supporting the Hotel Manager in all areas of hotel management.
* Supervising the control of sales, profit margins budgets, wage costs, and other financial aspects to ensure financial targets are achieved.
* Working closely with all Heads of Department to ensure their teams are working efficiently, effectively and hitting company performance targets.
* Working closely with the central People Team to recruit, induct, develop, and provide ongoing support to new Heads of Department and their teams.
* Making sure the hotel processes data legally within GDPR legislation.
* Being an ambassador of our company values, you will nurture and develop a positive work culture resulting in high performing and engaged teams.
* Reviewing customer service data and implementing plans for improvements across the hotel.
* With a focus on guest experience you will develop, implement, and manage customer service strategies and deliver excellent standards, ensuring complaints are managed in line with company policies.
