Job Description:
I am currently partnering with one of the leading land and property regeneration companies in the UK, who are looking for a new Development Manager to join the team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of delivery strategies for major projects within the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of the projects from inception through to completion, including the strategic elements, budgets, and overall success of the projects.
* You will work closely with the wider teams and play a key role in bringing together the financial underwriting, funding strategy, planning strategy, procurement strategy, technical constraints, proactive estate management, and stakeholder management for the progress of each of the major projects under your remit.
Your Experience:
* My client is looking for someone who is RICS/RTPI/ICE qualified or qualified by experience and has been in a similar role for 5+ years.
* You will be a strong team player and have experience working with internal and external stakeholders, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to offer strategic solutions.
