Warehouse Operative * Annual Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Day-to-day of the role: * Receive goods and complete necessary documentation.
* Organise incoming stock items and maintain accurate item locations using software.
* Ensure proper order of raw materials according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Pick and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Operate counterbalance forklift trucks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
* Uphold GMP and health & safety standards at all times.
* Handle hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A continuous work history of 5 years within the last 5 years. Gaps of up to 30 days require a character reference; for longer gaps, proof of income is necessary.
* Possession of either a reach truck or counterbalance license is essential.
* Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
* Physically fit for heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
* Familiarity with GMP and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
