Job Description:
Compliance Administrator
Location:Stamford
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Henderson Brown is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client based in Stamford who is seeking a Compliance Administrator. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a background in financial or money services, and a passion for fraud prevention and risk management, or even an experienced administrator within Financial services.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
Maintain the CRM system and Dashboard to ensure up-to-date chargeback information.
Ensure the CRM system operates efficiently to support the team.
Contribute to critical business tasks, including onboarding new customers.
Utilise and maintain risk management software.
Assist providers with managing and responding to chargebacks.
Conduct regular audits of providers and raise escalation audits when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience in a financial/money services environment.
Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.
Proficient in using Office 365 products.
