Rate of pay: £12.00 to £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a business support administrator to join our small and friendly team in Bletchley. This is a great chance to grow with our organisation and be rewarded accordingly.
Our family-run client is looking for a personable individual to make outbound calls to spas across the UK and gather the relevant contact details to send a price list. This role would be perfect for someone looking to work in a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment.
You should have an outgoing and engaging personality and the ability to build rapport quickly.
This position shall offer a soft introduction to the business, but the responsibilities and role will expand over time.
As our client is a small business, flexibility, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities are essential to ensure its smooth operation and future growth.
Other duties will include:
* General office administration tasks such as:
* Speaking to customers over the phone and processing orders
* Invoicing and order processing
* Digital marketing and website management
* Managing social media content
* Handling invoices and managing cash flow
* Managing E-bay and Amazon stores, including uploading new products
