Job Title: Communications and Marketing Executive
Salary: 28,000 pa
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Suffolk based
Casanovas Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Suffolk based client seeking a proactive, self-motivated innovative Communications & Marketing Executive. This is an exciting hybrid role with the option to work from home (or other company locations) for 2/3 days per week so offers a fantastic balance. Within the role of Communications & Marketing Executive you will form a key part of the marketing team and will be a pivotal team member in helping to mould and deliver the communication strategy for the company across all sites and platforms.
The Communications and Marketing executive will be involved in different areas of the business and will work closely across teams to develop creative marketing and communication solutions to continue to promote the business, brand awareness and attract new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research, plan and create purposeful and relevant content for digital marketing channels across a multitude of platforms.
* Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote the company’s services to the target market
* Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing projects
* Manage internal communications
* Assist in planning, coordinating and supporting events to promote the brand awareness and create and develop client relationships.
* Continual review, analysis and reporting of the performance of campaigns
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
* Demonstratable previous experience in marketing communications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent innovator with a natural creative and proactive mind
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency in various platforms and digital marketing tools
* Excellent teamworking abilities
