Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking reliable and compassionate support workers to work Full Time with various services across the Poulton-Le-Fylde area, supporting adults and children with different needs. The roles involve working in settings such as mental health, complex needs, learning disabilities, substance misuse, and homelessness.
As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives every day, helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. 
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 6 months of experience in supported care work
* A full UK driving license
* Satisfactory evidence of right to work in the UK
* A good sense of professionalism and reliability
