Job Description:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join an award-winning national company.

Working remotely and reporting to the Administration Manager the key duties of the Administrator will be:
* Assisting in the administration and coordination of the companies fleet of motor vehicles.
* Deal with and answer queries from multiple e-mail inboxes
* Answering the phones, dealing with enquiries the fleet of vehicles
* Liaise with team member and managers
* Maintaining schedules for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Organising for vehicles and machinery to be repaired, serviced, MOT
* Update Excel spreadsheets with information re renewal insurance dates etc
* Coordinating vehicle reservations, usage, and maintenance requests.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The successful Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent data entry skills alongside good knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communications skills, with the ability to deal with colleagues, senior staff and suppliers at all levels
* Be resilient and be able to work in a fast-paced role, whilst being self-motivated working from home
* Trustworthy & honest
* Hardworking and enjoys a busy role
