Our client is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join their esteemed team based in Newcastle. As a Licensed Conveyancer within our client’s Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of conveyancing. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients across England and Wales, providing expert advice and ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches
* Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews
* Administering all documentation related to property transactions
* Handling the sale of part exchange properties
* Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters
Requirements:
* Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
* Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
