About the Role
Base Location: Reading
Salary: £55,200 - £83,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Fixed Term (18 months) | Full Time | Flexible First options available
In this role your responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for overseeing the governance of program management, establishing clear guidelines to ensure compliance with project deliverables and frameworks, and making certain that PMO analysts and performance management analysts are informed.
* Accountable for keeping the leadership team updated on project milestones by referencing to the status report, programme delivery plan and Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) log as a source of truth.
* Developing the programme delivery plan and associated plan hierarchies (portfolio to programme to project) including tooling (e.g. MSP and ADO, with creation of underpinning user stories and epics) and work breakdown structure for reporting.
* Tracking, managing and reporting programme milestones in collaboration with the PMO analysts through the status report and program delivery plans, critical path activities and key dependencies, including progress and status of upcoming milestones (on track etc).
* Managing the programme RAID log, Change Request and Escalation Management process.
* Collaborating with PMs to provide assurance on key programme-level governance outputs including RAID logs, Action & Decision Logs and Change Requests.
* Monitoring and reporting on risks, budgets, and resources.
* Performing regular project reviews and audits with relevant stakeholders.
