Axon Moore have partnered with an extremely high-growth business, based in Chorley, as they recruit for an Accounts Assistant able to take on a broad and diverse role, granting them exposure across all aspects of transactional finance, budgeting, forecasting and much more.

As such, this role is perfect for an aspiring accountant progressing through AAT, or an established Accounts Assistant seeking to take on a busy and fast-paced role within a well-established and fast-growing business offering exceptional benefits.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Accounts Payable – invoicing and payments
* Accounts Receivable – invoicing and credit control
* Bank reconciliations
* Employee expenses and credit card reconciliations
* Assisting with cashflow forecasting
* Exposure to budgeting and financial modelling
* Production of weekly reports to management
* Assisting with the preparation of payroll information
* Process improvement within AP and AR
* Ad-hoc duties
Required Experience and Skills:
* Able to efficiently manage and organise their workload
* Microsoft Excel and IT proficient
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive and self-motivated in nature
* Able to work efficiently towards deadlines
