The Treasury and Business Planning Lead will be responsible for overseeing the treasury and business planning activities within a not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire. This role will involve overseeing the existing debt structure, as well as executing future financing.

Description
* Oversee all treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation.
* Lead the financial business planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Provide advice on financial strategies, investments and capital plans.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders.
* Lead, manage and develop a team of Treasury professionals.
Profile
A successful Treasury and Business Planning Lead should have:
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or AMCT
* Strong experience in treasury management and business planning.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
