About the Role

Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key Scottish sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen.
Salary: £26,609 - £30,472 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We are looking for a Safety, Health and Wellbeing, (SHW) Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role which assists the SHW team to manage and ensure governance over all matters associated with SHW performance reporting, the SSER SHW Management System, arrangements for SHE Assurance and support for SHW projects in SSE Renewables. 
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing support for SHW Assurance activities including SHE performance reporting, developing and maintaining the SSER SHE Management System, arrangements for SHW Assurance and support for SHW projects in SSER.
- Developing and applying the administration standards regarding the provision of SHE information, performance reports, dashboards and communications to stakeholders.
- Assisting Managers and Head of SHW with arranging meetings, creating agendas and meeting materials.
- Aiding the management of SHE documentation across all elements in the SSER SHE Management System.
What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Qualification in business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience of data management systems, with a keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new applications.
- Significant and proven experience in the development and authoring of SHW/SHE performance reports.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload under own initiative to meet strict deadlines.
