Wills & Probate Solicitor/Associate - Cirencester

TSR Legal is currently partnering with a Legal 500 Firm, who pride themselves on offering a unique working environment and personable culture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and reputable firm, where career growth is supported and work-life balance is promoted. The right candidate for this role will be 1-4 years post-qualified, with a proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment and managing a large case load.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of W&P matters
- Draft and manage documents pertaining to probates, wills and powers of attorney
- advise clients on asset protection and estate matters
- Maintain and build excellent client relationships
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
