About the Role:
* Assist teachers in the classroom by providing support to students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
* Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Support students with their academic and social development, catering to their individual needs.
* Prepare and organize learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEND).
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and students.
