Zest Optical are currently supporting a family run optical group to recruit a Practice Manager into their team in Widnes, Cheshire.
This is an opportunity to lead a great team in a practice where customer care and service is the #1 priority.
Considering the size of the team and the fact the pace in the store is a little more relaxed, this would be a great move for somebody taking their first step into management or somebody looking to utilise their skills in a slower paced environment where they can really focus on the patients.
Practice Manager - Role
* Lead, direct and motivate the team
* Responsible for all day-to-day operations
* Monitoring of targets & KPI’s
* Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
* Train existing and new member of staff on technical and customer service issues
* Support with the recruitment of new members into the team

* Proven track record in the optical industry

Practice Manager - Salary
* Base salary up to £25,000
