GSL Education London is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join one of its client schools in Hammersmith & Fulham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and a commitment to making a positive impact on their learning and development.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students.
* Work closely with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support students’ educational progress.
* Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Desirable: * Additional qualifications or training in SEN.
* Experience with specific SEN conditions (e.g., ASD, ADHD, dyslexia).

* Right to Work in the UK: Ensure eligibility to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS Certificate: Registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application through us.
* Professional References: Provide two child-related references.
