Cover Supervisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £89 - £95 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Term Time

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, providing essential assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and offer support to students with varying needs.
* Contribute to student well-being and cultivate a nurturing ethos within the school community.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor, building strong connections with both students and colleagues.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, forming meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
* Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
