Job Description:
Are you a financial professional who can provide exceptional sales ledger administration and service delivery to invoice clients? If so join Elysium Healthcare as a Credit Controller.
As a Credit Controller you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you provide an effective centralised credit control function for a number our business units. You will be the go-to person in ensuring all overdue debt is collected and all reports and payments are up to date.

As Credit Controller, you will be:
* Ringing Shared Business Services, Local Health Boards, Councils and private funders, to chase overdue debt.
* Updating sales ledger debtors report with comments, call references and dates which the calls were made to keep a detailed log.
* Providing information/copy invoices as requested by the funders
* Liaising with our contracts and referrals team if there are queries on rates/ who is responsible for the funding.
* Updating the cash forecast with promise dates from funders.
* Running debtors listing report weekly – uses VLOOKUP formula
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* General accounts, sales ledger and credit control experience.
* Understanding of the Credit Control Process.
* Experience of organising multiple tasks.
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
* Motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
* Experience of working as a strong team player.
* Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
* Ability to communicate across a range of disciplines and with people from a range of backgrounds.
