As a Credit Controller Supervisor, you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you provide an effective centralised credit control function for a number our business units. You will be dealing with escalations, reporting and analysing outstanding debt, managing a ledger of accounts and monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to credit control.
You will also be leading, mentoring and developing a team of Credit Controllers and ensuring the smooth running of the team.

As Credit Controller Supervisor, you will be:
* Contacting customers both over the phone and email
* Day to day supervision of the teams including training, support, and delegation of tasks.
* Contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
* Checking processes are being adhered to including, remittances, cash allocations, Cash Forecasts.
* Maximising cash collections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in similar role, within a finance environment, is essential.
* A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team.
* Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
* Prioritising and organising your workload to meet deadlines, 
* Experience with multiple platforms and data sets. Sage / Unit 4 experience preferred.
* Healthcare / NHS credit control experience
* Stakeholder relationship management
* Excellent communication and people skills (written, verbal and over the telephone)
