An established multi-disciplinary legal practice based in St Helens is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant/ Secretary to join their Private Client team.

The Role:


* You will be working within a supportive Private Client team consisting of Head of Department, Fee earners and other assistants, assisting with a case load of Private Client matters.
* The work will predominantly consist of Wills, LPA’s and Probate matters together with some Court of Protection and Trust work.

The Ideal Candidate:


* You must have previous experience assisting with a caseload of Private Client matters within a legal firm and completing tasks such as drafting wills and admin/ secretarial tasks.
* You will be dealing with venerable elderly clients so an empathetic and very supportive nature is essential for this role.
* You will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work as part of a team.


Salary and Benefits:


* Salary is dependent on experience in the region of 20,000 - 25,000.
* This is a full time permanent role, 9-5.
* Career progression opportunities to fee earner level.
