HR Advisor - Evening and weekend - Remote
Client Details
PageGroup are delighted to support a rapidly growing and highly successful HR Consultancy firm based in Leicestershire with the appointment of a HR Advisor - Evening and weekend role.
This role will be fully remote however you will need to attend 6-8 weeks training in the office in Leicestershire from 12th Aug 2024 (Mon to Friday 9-5.30pm). Following the training, you will move to a fully remote role, evening and weekend shift patterns.
The role is a full time role, working Thurs to Sunday, circa 11.30am - 10pm
Description
The role of HR Advisor is a busy and fast-paced role, you will support a wide range of clients with telephone and email based HR advisory services. The role will include:
* Provide HR advice to clients in line with UK legislation.
* Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
* Document all interactions with clients in the system.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
* Attend training sessions to keep abreast of the latest HR trends and practices.
* Work flexibly during evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
* Uphold the company’s professional image and values at all times.
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor with extensive employee relations casework experience.
You will be comfortable working autonomously in a busy environment.
