Secondary Supply Teacher – SEMH School
*Location: Lancaster
*Job Type: Full time

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Supply Teacher to provide top-notch education to students in secondary schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will be essential in delivering engaging and effective lessons on a short-term or occasional basis, adapting to various educational settings with professionalism.
Day to day of the role:
*Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history.
*Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
*Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
*Effectively manage student behaviour and provide support to those with special educational needs.
*Collaborate with school staff and fellow teachers to support student academic achievement.
*Quickly adapt to new teaching environments and subject matter with ease and confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field.
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
*Experience in a Secondary Supply Teacher role or similar teaching positions.
*Ability to interact with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and learning abilities.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within the school community.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student success.
