Description
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff

* Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

* Contribute to the development of the company’s HR strategy
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry regulations
* Participate in HR projects as required

Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Transport & Distribution industry
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
