Food Safety and Quality Administrator
£31,000 per annum + 33 Days Holiday + Enhanced Pension Scheme
Temporary - 12 months
Wrexham
8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Additional benefits

Are you passionate about the food manufacturing industry and its safety processes? Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that the food safety processes are hygienic and safe? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-known food manufacturing organisation as a Food Safety and Quality Administrator
The Role of a Food Safety and Quality Administrator
* Review SSOPs documentation and other relevant documentation
* Conduct regular inspections including chemical checks and water sampling
* Undertake audits to identify and resolve any potential quality and safety issues.
* Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Participate in swabbing/testing and analysis, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
* Support to Quality Food Safety Lead and Sanitation Lead when required
* Assist in the development and updating of food safety and quality policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in working in food manufacturing/Quality/Sanitation role is beneficial,
* Strong excel and competent with IT
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Highly motivated and excellent work ethic
* Must be able to work to processes and procedures
* Positive persona
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Be a problem-solver
