Our client would love to speak to any advisers who are already self-employed with an existing client bank, but is equally happy to offer the position to a candidate who is currently directly employed and is looking to make the jump over to a self-employed position.
The successful candidate will have -
* Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, and CAS in current role
* Experience in both mortgage and protection advice (Whole of Market preferred but restricted panel advisers also considered)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* A proactive and self-motivated mindset
* Experience in self-marketing and business generation would also be a great asset for any candidate
