This is an exciting opportunity to join an established care provider with an excellent reputation for providing a fresh and new outlook within the health care sector. Our client is a provider who holds a CQC registration which is rated OUTSTANDING.  They have homes in and around the Taunton area.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on care manager  with fresh ideas to drive the business forward.

What we are looking for in our Care Home Manager:
* You must have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a good CQC rating and taking an active leadership role.
* Can confidently manage a service from a compliance and operational standpoint, as well as working with referrers and managing tenders and frameworks.
* Work in partnership with individuals to create bespoke support packages.
* Equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health Social Care or willingness to study to gain the qualification 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
* Building excellent relationships with residents and their families giving them peace of mind.
