 As a Housing Support Worker, your core purpose is to undertake a wide variety of tasks, including delivering and arranging high-quality support, care, daily living assistance, and personal development opportunities. You’ll provide this support to people who require it, whether in the community, their own homes, or accommodation-based settings (in-reach and outreach support). Your goal is to empower individuals to live as independently as possible, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed for sustainable lives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with young people who have challenging behaviours.

• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate activities.

• Knowledge of the issues faced by children and young people, including the effects of abuse and oppression.

• Ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
