First Line Support
Are you looking for a career in IT or Technical Support? Perhaps you are a customer service executive with strong IT skills? Would you like to work in a very highly regarded professional services organisation with a hybrid working model?

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in the recruitment for a First Line Support to join their team on a full-time temporary basis for 6 months or on a Fixed Term basis.
Whilst it cannot be guaranteed, there is every possibility this role will become permanent, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for permanent work as well as temporary.

As a Technical Administrator you will:
* Deal with a variety of different requests from internal users
* Be initial point of contact for a variety of internal stakeholders
* Manage a high volume of requests for user access, responding to amendments and changes
* Proactively source and follow up requests for information
* Manage e-mail for department and using Word and Excel for administration
* Make lots of inbound telephone calls in relation to first line support
To be a successful as a Technical Administrator, you will:
* Be computer literate and able to use a variety of systems including Word and Excel to an intermediate standard
* Have quick and accurate data entry competency
* Have an interest in IT or Technical support
* Be a confident and clear communicator both in your verbal and written dealings with internal customers
* Be adaptable in your approach and able to manage a large volume of work
* Confident in liaising with a range of people, both internally and externally
In return, my client is offering an hourly rate of £12.00ph + above statutory holiday pay. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary or fixed term contract role for 6 months.
