The Tod’s Supevisor works under the direction of the Store Manager. The Supervisor implements all necessary assigned functions. Supervisor participates in generating sales and bringing in revenue for the company. This job requires a blend of skill, competency and immense dedication. They are often required to attend different types of training programs (sales, collections, procedures). They should possess strong verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
