Job Type: Agency 

Location: Banham (Must be a driver – Due to rural location as no public transport available) 

Salary: £12.50ph - £18.00ph - Plus holiday pay

We are seeking experienced Support Worker to work with children aged 7 - 17 with learning difficulties in a supported living and residential setting.?

Day to day of the role: 
* Provide high-quality care and support to children with learning difficulties within a residential setting. 

* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents. 

* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans. 

* Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and well-being. 

* Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
* A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker. 

* The right to work in the UK. 

* Experience in Learning & Disabilities with children desirable but not essential 

* Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed. 

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

* A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
