Job Description:
Are you a Web Designer or Digital Marketer looking for the next step in your career and be a part of a vibrant and creative team?
Our dynamic and innovative client based in Basingstoke is looking for a Digital Marketer to create, design and maintain websites and web pages as part of their Marketing functions. You’ll be an enthusiastic, technically minded and collaborative person with experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or Computer Science with a solid knowledge of SEO and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Our client is offering a salary between 32 - 37k and gives its staff the opportunity to make use of its abundance of benefits, including 25 days holiday with the option to buy more, private medical insurance, a Christmas Savings Club, a charitable giving scheme, corporate gym membership and lots more!
As the Digital Marketer you will enjoy the following:
• A salary of 32-37k plus a 2% bonus
• Working hours: Monday Friday 9:00 17:30
• Hybrid working arrangement of attending the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• 25 days holiday entitlement rising to 28 days (plus bank holidays) after 5 plus years’ service
• Holiday Purchase Scheme
• Company supported CSR volunteer day plus two days for personal well-being
• Pension - including option to join Salary Exchange for Pension scheme
• Death in Service 4 x basic salary
• Private medical insurance available (partially subsidised)

As the Digital Marketer your responsibilities will include:
•Designing, developing and maintaining user-friendly websites that are visually appealing
•Collaborating with internal teams such as the Marketing and Development teams to ensure that all website content aligns with the brand guidelines and are optimised for performance
•Managing multiple deliverables and projects at the same time, adhering to several deadlines
•Conducting website maintenance on a regular basis
Who we’re looking for:
You must have experience in Web Design or a similar role and be knowledgeable in SEO best practices and principles. Experience with front-end frameworks, version control systems and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript are highly desired but not essential.
