We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Pharmaceutical clients. They are currently looking for an Associate Product Specialist to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.
Overview of the Role:
Supporting customers of the clients Point-of-Care products. This is an exciting opportunity if you are someone with a passion for organisation and for keeping things in order to ensure the Application Specialists can support customers effectively and efficiently. The role has been created to accommodate a unique need that the team faces.
Day-to-day, your role is to play a supporting role within the team, organising casework, sorting out small logistic tasks and engaging with the teams to support their administrative requirements. This can range from organising deliveries through an online portal with the courier provider, to assisting specialists directly with their administrative duties such as case creation and allocation.
Role Responsibilities:
* Data Entry (case creation from inbox; creating cases from voicemails; inputting data into Salesforce from our first level investigation unit and other sources; sending new devices to customers);
* Data Validation (maintain the customer service inbox; maintenance of Salesforce database; upkeep of core documents; working with documentation team(s) as needed to validate data; maintain integrity of data);
* Postal and general administration duties (posting / collecting items from postal room on behalf of team and wider teams; maintaining stock of items needed for demonstrations, marketing and sales, and being a liaison; allocation of workloads)
* Triaging cases (basic complaint handling which includes qualification and ensuring complaints get the appropriate attention as needed)
* Ensuring quality documentation, in our Salesforce system, for consistent customer experience and staying within our compliance which is our licence to operate.
* Work in a fast paced multi-cultural team environment, with meaningful work that impacts the wider healthcare systems we serve.
About You:
* Educated to a Bachelor degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare related discipline will be considered an advantage.
* Experience in the diagnostics/ laboratory industry, or operating in a highly regulated environment equivalent, such as pharmaceuticals, will be considered an advantage.
* Fluent in English (essential). Any additional Nordic language would be considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
* A team player with excellent communication skills across multiple media (e.g. face-to-face and virtual platforms).
* The ideal candidate will have experience in performing administrative duties, ideally using a Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce and have a keen attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, you are full of initiative, taking ownership and pride in your work
* Capable of minimal supervision and manage your own workload and time effectively
* It is crucial that you are in commutable distance from the Burgess Hill office to be able to commit to regular office hours and presence.
Location:
Given the nature of this role you will be required to work from the clients Burgess Hill office 5 days a week.
Working hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
