Job Description:
My client, a top law firm with recognised awards, are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant / Administrator either in a full time or part time position. Working a minimum of 3 days a week, you will be part of a highly successful team with a competitive package on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support (scheduling, managing calendars, organizing meetings).
* Draft, review, and proofread legal documents.
* Conduct legal research and gather case information.
* Maintain and organize client files.
* Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties.
* Manage case logistics, including discovery and trial prep.
* Prepare and submit billing and expense reports.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
