Job Description:
Laboratory Operator

This is an entry level, graduate friendly role supporting the R&D and the beginning an exciting career in chemistry. If you are already local to Oxfordshire this would be very advantageous to your application.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Uphold high safety and quality standards in the lab.
* Prepare and blend formulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Record results meticulously and manage sample shipments.
* Perform analytical tests, report data, and support lab operations.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* BSc Chemistry or similar related subject (eg. chemical engineering)
* Commitment to HSSE and quality.
* Laboratory experience is advantageous.
* Ability to meet research targets and manage time effectively.
