Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful company based in Accrington. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join on a 6 month fixed term basis providing financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support to the Accounting & Finance department.

Description
If you are successful you will be entitled to:
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the Accounting & Finance department.
* Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes within the department.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
* Present financial analysis and reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Support the development of strategic plans.
* Provide training and mentoring to junior finance team members.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and databases.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
* Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA
