Job Description:
We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, reputable and established client as they seek to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their experienced team within their offices close to Uckfield. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and continued expansion.
Sales Office / Support Administrator
Full time permanent role - office based
Mon-Fri only 0900-1700
Role based close to Uckfield. Due to rural location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
Salary £28000-£30000 per annum, depending on experience plus very good all round company benefits

The role - Sales Office / Support Administrator:
The Sales Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring a smooth sales process. You’ll work closely with the sales representatives to handle administrative, logistical, and operational tasks. You’ll also be responsible for generating reports for senior management. This is a sales admin based role and you will not be responsible for sales figures / targets.
Duties will include:
* Process and monitor sales orders from initiation to delivery.
* Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order management.
* Handle order management for major suppliers
* Prepare invoices and related documentation for customers
* Maintain reports and submit in a timely manner
* Manage and administer credit control processes.
* Input and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
* Arrange and coordinate transport for customer deliveries and collections.
* Follow company policies and procedures ensuring that guidelines and protocols are adhered to.
* Assist with populating and running reports in the CRM system for the sales team.
* Assist with exhibition events on occasion
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
* Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel and Word
* Strong verbal and listening communication skills
