A well-known boutique law firm in Central London specialising in Property Litigation, is seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters including:
* Landlord and Tenant matters
* Succession
* Disrepair
* Boundary disputes
* Adverse possession
* Enforcement of leasehold covenants
* Business lease renewals and dilapidations
* Service charges and tenancy deposits
* Collective enfranchisement and lease extensions 
* Applying for injunctions & Rent arrears
* Assist senior solicitors with complex cases
* Draft legal documents and correspondence
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties
candidate Requirements:
* Newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background
* Must have 1 Litigation oriented Seat during Training Contract
* Keen interest in Property Litigation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
