GSL Education London is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students and promote positive behaviour. in one of its client schools. The role will be based in London. Responsibilities:
* Work closely with students who face behavioural challenges.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching team.
Requirements:
* Experience working with students in an educational setting.
* Empathy, patience, and resilience.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
Candidates must have the following:
Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced Child Barred List DBS Certificate
Two Professional Child-Related References
