Group FP&A Analyst - Leading Advertising Network
Paying £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus & benefits

TalentEdge are currently working with an industry leading advertising network who are looking to hire a talented and driven Group FP&A Analyst to come in and help drive Group analysis and reporting. This role will sit within the Group Commercial / FP&A Team and will work incredibly closely with various different senior business stakeholders across both the group function and the wider network.
Responsibilities include:
* Month End Activities including variance P&L Analysis, Revenue by client, Headcount Analysis, Board Paper preparation
* Together with the Group Commercial Team, direct the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and long-term planning cycles, including production of budget packs to the Board.
* Drive efficiencies in the Group reporting process to enable systems-led reporting with a focus on business insights
* Streamlining & documenting the current reporting processes, from monthly management accounts to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term plans
* Continual improvement and development of management information and cost analysis, including Group utilisation, profitability and working capital analysis.
* Assist local finance teams with ad-hoc analysis to enable local investment and new business decisions
* Profitability, headcount and utilisation analysis for senior business stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
* Must be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA or CIMA)
* Excellent Excel skills
* Strong communication, influencing, collaboration and relationship-building skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Must be a team player but capable of working alone
* Demonstrate being curious, robust and self-motivated, driving improved financial insights within a business
* Relevant industry experience ideal but not essential
