This role is an interim opportunity for 2-3 months with the possibility to extend beyond this to support an organisation through a growth period and a TUPE In project. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced HR professional with TUPE consultation experience to come in on short notice and support through exciting times.

Our client is a government funded Social Care organisation based in Wokingham, Berkshire. This role will be focused on supporting the business and team through a period of growth by managing a TUPE process and any adhoc advisory work.
Description
The Interim TUPE Specialist will be responsible for:
* Leading on the management of the end-to-end TUPE transfer process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and best practice.
* Facilitating effective communication and consultation with employees, Trade Unions, and other stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.
* Conducting thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and issues related to employment terms, conditions, and liabilities.
* Provide expert advice to HR, legal teams, and senior management on TUPE implications, including redundancy, restructuring, and changes to terms and conditions.
* Prepare and review TUPE-related documentation, including employee liability information (ELI), consultation notes, and transfer agreements.
* Ensure all TUPE activities comply with UK employment law and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on TUPE activities and outcomes.
* Supporting the team with any adhoc Advisory duties
Profile
The ideal Interim TUPE Specialist will have the following skills/qualities:
* Seasoned HR Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
* Demonstrable experience in TUPE projects ideally of circa 100 staff or more
* Employee relations case management exposure
* Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
* High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
* Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
* Immediately Available/Available on short notice

* A competitive pay rate - up to £190 daily rate PAYE
* WFH flexibility - typically 3 times a week but can be flexible
