Job Description:
Boutique Host – LONDON High Luxury French House – Central London About: * One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
* Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
* Location - Old Bond Street - Flagship store
Key Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
* Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
* Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers, when possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements: * Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
* Experience working in luxury in a fast paste environment.
* Experience managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.
Offering: * Salary up to £37,000 basic
* Bonus
